I was surprised when I saw fraudulent billing by this dentist. My insurance changed in 2024 and they shared that my fluoride topical treatment is no longer covered when I received my explanation of benefits from Delta. It shows that they billed me for topical fluoride and when speaking to Delta customer service, they shared that my fluoride treatment is indeed covered. Iām very disheartened by this lack of transparency and fraudulent scheming. I have reported this dentist to Delta for fraudulent activity Edit - This was corrected
